UV-ultraviolet ray cure print and sensitive coating on the surface of various materials illuminate through UV light of wavelength 200-400mm required. UV light causing the cross chemical reaction and polymerized in few seconds between light and chemical.
Features:-
- UV curing can make profile surface high luster & high hardness Integrated line processing, the printed products directly cured. System is designed and available in different wattage depending upon product to be cured. Transmission adopts Teflon, steel belt or roller. UV System is technically designed, there is air circle caused by the blower in the chamber, equipped with efficiently cooling provides that will extend the life of UV lamps and can work under high temperature.. UV system is safely designed, UV radiation shield provided at entrance and exit to avoid leaking of UV light.

UV curing system connects after Lamination / coating machine. After coating the profile or any product directly pass through that UV curing system and dried promptly and the surface becomes smooth, glossy & chemical resistant.
